Veronica is an author and  keynote speaker whose audiences include the United Nations, LinkedIn, Microsoft, Bloomberg, Cornell University, Verizon, The Quorum Initiative, among others.  She is an avid triathlete who competed in her first Ironman in 2012.

She is the CEO of Arsayian Transform Coaching & Consulting and the Founder of Ater Tumti- holistic resort in Costa Rica www.atertumticostarica.com . She was a successful global sales leader at LinkedIn, inspiring her teams to dream big and achieve exceptional results. She was also a successful sales executive at Gartner and business leader at Bloomberg serving Fortune 100 companies around the world.

Veronica's purpose to empower others is not just a noble aspiration; it is a lived reality that shines through her own life story.  Having grown up in Ecuador with a single mother who died when Veronica was nine years old, Veronica is no stranger to deep challenges from an early age. In her teenage years, she moved to the United States with her father and shortly after ended up in a foster home. Despite these challenges, Veronica graduated from High School with honors and then went on to graduate from Brigham Young University learning four languages and did an Executive MBA at Cornell University being nominated as the best MBA in 2015.

Her life journey is nothing short of inspiring as you can read in her Memoir, “140 Miles of Life- A Remarkable Journey to Self-Acceptance and Love.” Veronica's remarkable journey serves as a testament to her resilience, determination, and unwavering commitment to personal growth and empowerment.
